One list

Everything planned, on one page

The other ways in, the shop, Pro, the concepts. No second list anywhere on this site, because two lists disagree.

Why it is one page

Everything planned is on this page: the other ways in, the shop, the Pro edition, the operator's own concepts. No other page here keeps a second list, because two lists of the same thing disagree the moment one is edited and a reader cannot tell which one went stale.

The states are the same vocabulary the rest of this site uses, so a word here means what it means everywhere else.

The roadmap

Nineteen things, each with its state

The same status vocabulary the rest of this site uses, so a word here means what it means on every other page.

ThingStateWhat it is
Moderation enforcement unlock started Muting and removing rule-breakers is fully built and reversible but shipped locked. Turning it on is a switch plus live proof, not a build
Public demo UI started The try-it-yourself demo's backend and isolation guard are built; the visitor-facing page is not, and the demo hostname deliberately answers 404 until it is
Child-safety screening provider started Storage, quarantine and custody exist. No detection provider is connected, and the public copy says in development
Archive widget started The public archive page is shipped; the embeddable widget render is parked
Member memory designed The data shape for per-member profiles is fixed and enforced with its own registry and verifier. The feature, its own opt-in, recital and deletion, waits for its own briefing
Matrix transport announced Publicly announced as planned. Nothing Matrix-related is designed or built yet, and the adapter contract names its prerequisite
Adapter phases B and C designed The interface methods and the two remaining SimpleX-shaped SQL reads that must go before any second protocol
Multi-tenancy and Pro designed Open-core with the AGPL boundary decided. Single-tenant schema, nothing built
Retention auto-expiry designed Subscription-dependent auto-deletion, default 10 years. Decided, not built
The gallery designed A best-of media gallery in four stages, cheapest first, with its consent question named to settle at stage one
Self-tuning request queue designed A load-aware queue that tells a member, in her voice, when a busy room cannot answer them in budget
GPU telemetry sidecar designed The hardware page honestly reports not integrated. Real metrics need an agent on the operator machine
Page fetch behind web search designed Letting her read a result page instead of trusting snippets. Scoped as its own briefing, deliberately unbuilt for its safety surface
Avatar pillars 2 and 3 designed A privileged operator channel into her voice, waiting on an authenticity question, and the learning path: correction first, retrieval last
Rulebook profiles, export and import parked Sharable calibrated rulebooks, parked for Season 7 or 8, with the warning recorded in advance
Web-assistant UI, wizard mode, reachability display, smaller carried items idea A browser way in; guided onboarding; a console that can tell not configured from unreachable; backup download, plugin diagnostics, the Docs page
AI moderation, self-hosted relay capture, durable-ban identity layer parked Parked tracks, the last explicitly conditional: only if admission-gate friction proves insufficient
GoShop, device control over SMP, the pager, CyberDesk, the Telegram bridge idea The operator concepts. The tree records none of them
Recorded ideas from the season backlog idea Animated covers, a spots interface, bounded paid video generation, one-time private links, video playback from the library, member MP3s entering the library
A warning recorded before the thing is built 1 lines · 53 characters
The import is a security problem and it is named now.
